Field trip: Conditioning Hiking Series
CHS 2 Hike - Mount Defiance
This hike starts on the Ira Spring Trail and takes long switchbacks up to Mason Lake. From there, we’ll take the cutoff to Mt. Defiance passing through rock fields and lush meadows en route to a rocky summit with 360-degree views on a clear day. CHS 2 hike led at a pace of 2.0-3.0 mph.
