CHS 2 Hike - Lake Ann (Mount Shuksan)

In the Mount Baker area, this CHS 2 hike stitches together two moderate hikes that offer huge payoffs for the effort: Lake Ann and the Chain Lakes loop.

Meet at Ash Way Park and Ride (16327 Ash Way, Lynnwood, WA 98087) at 6am or at Lake Ann trailhead ready to hike at 8:45am.

For the hike, we will  park at the Lake Ann trailhead and hike the Lake Ann trail. Then, we will drive about 5 minutes to Artist Point and hike the Chain Lake Loop - a trail with a huge payoff for the moderate effort. The Chain Lake Loop is about 7.5 miles with about 1700' gain.
