Hannegan Pass Trailhead at 6:00 am 

We will travel fast and light, stopping at Egg Lake to refill water bottles. I will bring a water filter. If someone can bring an second filter that would be great. Expect to travel at a 2 mile an hour pace on average, with 15 minute breaks as Hannegan Pass and Egg Lake and lunch at the Copper Ridge Lookout. The trail is in good shape. Consider camping at the trailhead or nearby campgrounds the night before the hike.  I am watching the fire, smoke conditions and will consider an alternate hike if needed.
