CHS 1 Hike - Margaret's Way to Debbie's View

CHS hike led at a CHS 1 pace (1.5-2.0 mph). Hike though bigleaf maple, cedar, western hemlock, and a few Douglas-fir up to Debbie's View with excellent views of Mt Rainier and surrounding foothills on a clear day.

Meet at the Margaret's  Way Trailhead at 7:00 AM.  Trailhead is  just over 3 miles south of of I-90 exit 15 on Highway 900.

The trail rises at a fairly uniform 500 ft/mile for a little over 3 miles before dropping slightly to arrive at Debbie's view.  The trail tread is in excellent condition with very few protruding rocks or roots.
