CHS 1 Hike - Indian Bar-Cowlitz Divide

CHS hike led at a CHS 1 pace (1.5-2.0 mph). The trail starts at Box Canyon and climbs an initial steep section to the Cowlitz Divide, along the Wonderland Trail through alpine meadows and some of the most beautiful scenery in Mount Rainier National Park.

8:00am at the trailhead at Box Canyon.  Parking is limited. Toilet available.  National Park Pass required.  If interested, Ohanapecosh Campground is about 25 minutes away, and campsites are first come first serve after September 6.
