CHS 1 Hike

Field trip: Conditioning Hiking Series

CHS 1 Hike - Fragrance Lake

This hike is led at a CHS 1 pace. Fragrance Lake is an easy, 5.5 mile day hike loop with 1,000 ft in elevation gain. The trail switchbacks up steeply through old cedars to a secluded lake and has a viewpoint overlooking the Puget Sound - a wonderful adventure awaits those who join me.

Discover Pass required for parking area. Can buy a day pass at the parking lot for $10,

I live in Burlington so I am not familiar with car pool locations in Seattle. I will send out a note to all participants with the cities where they live so you can arrange car pools. Riders should bring cash to help with costs of driving (suggested reimbursement is 11 cents per mile per person).  Plan on a post hike stop for food and socializing before returning home. Location will be The Trainwreck Bar and Grill, 427 E. Fairhaven, Burlington, WA.
