Weekend Field Trip 1 - Leavenworth

We will begin mock leading as well as have the opportunity to practice crack climbing, anchor building, and proper gear selection and placement!

Meet at the group site at Eight Mile Campground in Leavenworth, Washington.

Details will be announced in class. 

Students will pair up and work in teams for mock leading. We will also get a chance for more practice building anchors and crack climbing on a top rope route. By the end of this field trip, students will be know good gear placement from bad as well as properly place the correct gear.
