7:45 AM at the crag for an early start; will pull ropes by ~3:00. 

A trip to either Exit 38 or Vantage to practice climbing on the crags. Again, this is an optional "as-needed" trip to serve as a make-up or reschedule due to unforeseen cancellation of the primary field trip.

  • Belay device and carabiner
  • Food and water for the day
  • Sun protection
  • Appropriate clothing for conditions and footwear for the short hike in.
