Seattle Climbing Lecture Series - 2015
Managing and Preventing Overuse Injuries
Kevin Piasecki is a Physical Therapist and a graduate of the Crag and Basic Climbing Programs. He will discuss climbing overuse injuries and exercises designed to help avoid such injuries. Class will include exercises. Participants should bring an exercise mat or a large towel and come dressed for movement (no tight jeans). Previous injuries or climbing experience not required!
