Mercer Island P&R at 4:15. Please contact me if you plan to carpool. Or just meet at the TH and be ready to hike by 5:00pm
This hike is for climbers, scramblers and hikers who want to improve or maintain their physical fitness. Pace is fast to very fast with few breaks and we go in almost any weather. We'll be joining a regular meet-up that hikes up local summits every other Wednesday. It's a fun, social group so you'll meet others. People go at their own pace for the ascent, and then we all hike down together. I always recommend that people bring a friend with a similar pace.

Required Equipment
10+ essentials plus extra weight if you're trying to really work yourself. I'll sometimes pack 1 or 2 extra gallons of water which I can dump on the summit (to spare my knees on the descent).
