Come and learn about what you need to do to get in shape for mountaineering and alpine climbing, how to build a training plan on limited time, how to incorporate weights into your training, how to fuel yourself during training and on the climb, as well what you can do to recover faster.

10 essentials - especially headlamp and maybe extra batteries since these are evening hikes.  Some hikers carry gallon jugs of water to simulate the weight of a climbing pack.  Then dump the water at the top and save your knees
