This hike is part of an ongoing series of hikes, with a regular group that's very fit. So this would be a great hike for experienced, fit hikers who want to push themselves, but a poor hike for beginners. This group likes to jump into lakes, which will likely happen as we pass Mason Lake.
We will take the old Mason Lake trail on the way up
