This is an evening hike, so meeting time is 5pm at the TH ready to hike. Please RSVP at least 4 hours ahead of time if you wish to car pool from the Mercer Island Park & Ride at 4:10pm

This is a fast group which sets a fast pace. This should be a good workout for someone who is already in shape and wants to sweat
