Main Tiger Mountain trailhead at 7:00am.  (Discover Pass required.)

It's still early season and the weather is unpredictable, so let's train this weekend on tried-and-true Tiger, but via the little-used Nook Trail.  This is much steeper than the typically used West Tiger #3 route, but not as steep as Cable Line.  The trip will be moderate pace with limited short breaks.  We will take a snack break at the Tiger 3 summit then descend via the standard Tiger 3 trail.

There are no weight objectives for the trips, but carrying some weight beyond the usual day pack is recommended.

This trip is specifically designed for participants of the Glacier Travel Course.  Conditioning hikes are optional activities but participation is highly recommended.
