We will meet at Charlies Cafe in Enumclaw at 8am on Saturday for group breakfast. Then we will caravan up to Crystal parking lot and depart for snow skills and camping in the Henskin Lake. Sunday we will make an alpine start (~4am) for our simulated climb, then back to camp for Breakfast, then decent to camp, pack up, and head for the cars.
Students of the Seattle Glacier Travel course will practice steep snow skills, crevasse rescue, roped travel, overnight snow/glacier camping, simulated climb of a glaciated peak/volcano, and general mountain funitude.
