Meet at the Source Lake Trailhead, at the end of the Alpental parking lots at 7:45am, ready to depart on snowshoe at 8am.

This fieldtrip is intended for Seattle Basic Glacier Travel Students in the Hurst SIG.  Other students will be accepted with leader permission if positions are available.   We will practice in-balance and roped glacier travel, self arrest, snow anchors, crevasse rescue and  glissade.
