This is intended to be an early season conditioning hike and we will work to maintain a steady moderate pace.  If you feel you are already in outstanding condition, feel free to bring some extra gear in you pack to give yourself an extra workout. If you have not been getting out as much as you would like, this will be an opportunity to work toward getting into climbing shape.

Please plan on bringing  micro spikes for this hike. Unless we have end up seeing significant snowfall a day or two before the hike we will forgo snowshoes. It has been my experience, this trail gets packed down fairly quickly making snowshoes unnecessary.
