I'll bring a weigher. Bring 25 pounds in your pack and plan to ascend in 2 hours to be signed off. If you don't have that fitness yet, that is OK and feel free to bring less weight and you can get signed off on a future trip.

Bring traction of some kind, microspikes or yak traks. The ice can be a bit unpredictable so always have these in your pack during winter hikes just in case
