Meet at 7am at Issaquah Transit Center to form carpools.  PNW Forest Pass required to park at Granite Mountain trailhead.

Looking for a good forecast for this one.  We will stick to the trail and progress as far as we can until technical skills beyond snowshoeing are required.  At some point we'll stop to cover a few basic snow skills including ice axe basics, in-balance walking, traversing (uphill & downhill) and self arrest.

Snowshoes are required.

If the weather doesn't cooperate we'll change the destination to a local conditioning climb.
