The Monthly Branch Wide Social, Potluck and Adventure Presentations meets the first Wednesday of the Month, September to May (excluding November), at 6:00 PM for a shared potluck and socializing hour, followed by an Outdoor Adventure Presentation at 7:00 PM. All members and anyone interested in learning more about the Mountaineers are welcome. This is a great opportunity to meet fellow Mountaineers, share ideas, learn about others escapades and adventures, and connect with our great community of outdoor enthusiasts.You may also check out a book. Librarian Maxine Dunkelman will have a selection of books available; contact her at if you have special requests.

Wednesday, May 7, 2014 - Author and Adventurer Jordan Hanssen is a veteran of multiple rowing expeditions including two cross ocean rows across the North and Mid Atlantic. Jordan will recount these two rows, one of which is the subject of his book Rowing Into the Son.
