This evening workshop will review, examine and consider overnight equipment in depth. We will also look at navigation skills needed for multi-day trips and off trail travel.

  • For Beginners (Getting Started Series)

We will meet in the main hall.

During the 2016 course, workshop 1 of 2 will be held May 10 (Tuesday) 6-9:30 pm

  • Overnight equipment in depth – pack, gear, tent and sleep system options Examine and compare different gear selections by visiting different stations (low cost–old school) (all the latest) (Ultra-light) (combination)
  • Navigation skills needed for multi-day trips and off trail travel
