This leadership course is aimed at promoting and producing activity leaders in Hiking, Scrambling, Climbing and Kayaking and such is available to graduates of Scrambling, Kayaking or Climbing. The course will be run for three consecutive evenings in January and will consist of lectures, group discussions, scenarios, readings and tests. This course is is meant to be one of your first steps toward activity and trip leadership with the Olympia Mountaineers.

Equipment List:
Required Reading: On the Edge - The Art of High Impact Leadership - Alison Levine. You will need to have listened to or read this book before the class starts. There is an audible version of this book that is done really well.
Writing Instrument & Notepaper: to capture all of the wisdom.
Snacks to Share: This meeting is held in the evening. The Instructors will bring snacks for the first night - the remaining nights we like to create a snack table - potluck style.
