We will meet at the Tacoma Mountaineers Program Center, 2302 N. 30th St., Tacoma, WA 98403 at 6pm. Please be there on time as we have a lot to cover.
Tonight we will be practicing all of the skills related to belaying a leader, including partner checks, commands, stance, feeding rope, and anchoring the belay. We will also practice mock leads. The instructors will demo taking and catching falls, and you will have an opportunity to lead tonight if you are ready.
