Snowshoe Trek and Lunch (L) - Meany Lodge

Snowshoe to Meany Lodge and grab a hot meal before heading back out into the snow.This event is open for Guests and Members.

Departs Saturday 8:30 AM from the Crystal Springs Sno-park. 

Please indicate any dietary preferences for lunch in the registration notes and if you need to borrow snowshoes from Meany

3 - 5 miles with 500 ft elevation gain in last mile (approx 2 - 3 hrs) in a guided trek to Meany Lodge. A hearty hot lunch will be served at 12:30 PM.

We will leave the Meany Campus around 2 pm, for the downhill snowshoe trek back to the parking lot, arriving between 4:00 and 5:00 PM. 

No previous snow-shoeing experience required, but you should be able to walk at least 5 miles at a medium pace.

Cross-Country Ski Trek:
Departs Saturday 8:30 AM from the Crystal Springs Sno-park. You will need a one day sno-park and Discover permits.

XC trek is similar to Snowshoe trek, please contact Ms Patti Polinsky at for more specific information

Bring your own snowshoes or cross country skis. Meany Lodge does have extra snowshoes but you'd need to call ahead of time to reserve.
