Learn how to skate ski in one weekend on 14 miles of groomed trails

Meany Lodge offers  lessons and coaching by PSIA (Professional SnowSports Instructors of America) at their PSIA recognized winter sports school.

Learn to glide over the snow while cross country ski skating on 14 miles of groomed trails.  On Saturday meet you instructor at 8:30 am in the Crystal Springs Sno-park.   There will be 2 hours of class with the rest of the day to enjoy being out skating.  On Sunday will be one hour of class.   Video  may be taken.  In the evening professional  skating videos will be seen.  Fred Chapman will lead you over hill and dale as you learn to skate.

Classes are limited to 8 participants.  

Fee is for camp only. Lodge fees and winter parking permits  are not included.

Course Requirements

This course has no scheduled activities.

Required Equipment

Skating skis and boots required.   Equipment  not provided.  Bring or rent equipment at REI in Seattle or at Snoqualmie Pass Nordic lodge.  Lodge fees and winter parking permits not included.   Washington State Parks Sno-park permit and a groomed trail  permit required.
