Meany work party planning meeting

Doors open at 6pm.
Pizza arrives immediately thereafter.
Talk turns to business at 7pm if not sooner.

The purpose of this meeting will be to review and edit our project list for the coming work party season. The product of the meeting will be a list of the projects we plan to accomplish. This will include a leader for each project.  The process for the meeting will be a SHORT review and discussion of the items on the list. Followed by a request for a project leader. Those projects that don't get a leader won't get done. Pat Boyle will be putting the attached project list on the Google drive. I encourage everyone to check it out. If you have an other project, feel free to add it AND YOUR NAME as project leader. If you want to help out on a project, please add your name to the project. Our plan for the meeting is to start talking projects at 7 sharp so we can get done and home before too late. I am hoping we have pizza & refreshments at 6ish. Standby for further on this one.
