Our 30-minute meditation session may begin with a short check-in, some basic mindful movement, and guided meditation.

Debbee is a certified yoga and mindfulness instructor.

Required Equipment

All you need is to find a comfortable quiet space where you will be able to sit, stand, or lie down to practice mindful meditation. No experience necessary!
