A 4-week course meeting each Thursday from 7 am until 8:30 am via a Zoom link.  Each course will consist of a short talk on the topics covered throughout the course: breathing, grounding, compassion & loving kindness, reflections, body scan, and sound. Each session will have at least one or more short meditation practices and participants will be invited to practice mindful taking and speaking, Q & A, and wrap up with a short homework practice of meditation. Participants will be able to develop a personal practice while being more curious about themselves and others in the present moment.  Awareness will be focused on compassion and nonjudgment while learning how the practice can positively influence their overall health and well-being.

Debbee is completing The Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. Part of the certification process requires one 30-minute audio recording of mindfulness meditation session. The audio recording will focus on the instruction and guidance of Debbee and not of any student responses. Participants will be notified in advance of a recording.
