The outdoor leadership field trip is equivalent to the outdoor leadership one day seminar that is offered separately by Kitsap and other branches. This seminar is part of the intermediate essentials module of the Kitsap intermediate climbing course.

This one-day leadership seminar at the Kitsap Program Center will be useful for both current and prospective leaders of Mountaineers trips and activities. We’ll address problems from scenarios based on actual trips – the good, the bad, and the ugly.... These thought-provoking discussions are a mix of the participants’ own experiences, the scenarios, and the text.
