Required Equipment

This is fairly easy and trail mostly flat dirt with some exposed tree roots and rock.  Dress appropriately.  No helmet, ice ax required.  No hasty harness.  Take ten essentials.  Take at least two liters of water.  No water on trail.  Take snacks/lunch.
