This class will focus on poses to strengthen the core, improve balance, and prevent injury.  The class is appropriate for all levels.  No previous yoga experience is required. 

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.  If not, bring a beach towel or something similar to lie down on.   Optional equipment includes:

yoga blocks 
yoga strap (an old tie or belt will work too)
bolster or cushion
