Join this one-hour class to experience how yoga can be an excellent means of cross-training for hikers and trail runners. This class will focus on poses to strengthen the core, improve balance, and prevent injury.  The class is appropriate for all levels.  No previous yoga experience is required. 

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.  If not, bring a beach towel or something similar to lie down on.   Optional equipment includes:

yoga blocks 
yoga strap (an old tie or belt will work too)
blanket
bolster or cushion
