Special Closed Foothills Council Phone Meeting

We have been operating for years with outdated bylaws dating from 2004. Moving forward we feel that it's important to have an up to date and relevant branch governing document for the benefit of future council members and officers. James Henderson has generously given his time to help bring our governing document up to date. There are some significant modifications to branch-level procedures and roles entailed in the update and we'd like the council to review and input so that the changes aren't developed in a vacuum. Please join us at this meeting if you can, to review and (hopefully) finalize the updates we'd like to propose, or modify them to be even better.
