Facilitator Orientation for Foothills New Hike-Backpack Leader Seminar

The Foothills New Hike-Backpack Leader seminar is built around active engagement of participants which happens via breakout sessions facilitated by experienced Mountaineers hike, urban walk and/or backpack leaders.   If you haven't facilitated one of these seminars before, this evening zoom session will provide potential future facilitators with background on how these sessions work and the key messages and outcomes that we try to convey to new leaders in the actual seminar.

Those interested in helping with the New Leader Seminars for other activities or branches outside of Foothills are encouraged to contact your local committee chair, as the structure of their New  Leader Seminars may be different.

Participation in this orientation will count toward your Mountaineers volunteer hours.
