In this clinic we will be simulating (key word!) an emergency winter overnight. Skills include:

  • emergency snow shelter construction
  • actual use of emergency gear (that orange SOL bivvy you've never tried out!)
  • treatment for hypothermia

This clinic is intended for current and aspiring Winter Scramble leaders. Preference for Foothills folks, but all are welcome to request permission. Please do not sign up without requesting permission.
