DESCRIPTION:This online evening seminar provides experienced Mountaineers 
 hikers\, backpackers or urban walkers information and resources they need 
 to become an effective hike-backpack-urban walk leaders for the Mountainee
 rs. This seminar is one of the requirements for becoming an official hike-
 backpack-urban walk leader for the club. The seminar is free and open to a
 ll Mountaineers members. Seminar participants are Mountaineers members in 
 good standing\, who have participated on trips for the activity that they 
 want to lead.
