This 60-minute outdoor yoga class held at an east side park will help you learn poses that stretch your hips, shoulders, glutes, lower back, and hamstrings, helping you recover better and faster with yoga so that you’re even stronger for your next adventure.

In this 60-minute outdoor yoga class we'll focus on Yoga for Athletic Recovery.

There’s nothing better after a long day on the trails than some active recovery time. If your outdoor activities are leaving you sore the next day, then give yourself the gift of recovery with this yoga class that will help you stretch your hips, shoulders, glutes, lower back, and hamstrings. Required Equipment

Please bring a yoga mat and wear yoga/running pants or shorts.  You may also want to bring yoga blankets, bolsters, or cushions if you have them, but they are not required.  A yoga strap may also be useful, but you can bring an old necktie or belt if you don't have one.
