This section will describe the route, planned pace, and required preparation and gear for the hike. We will hike a counter clockwise loop taking us by three viewpoints, three waterfalls and a historical coal mine entry shaft with accompanying exhibits. We will hike at the pace of the slowest person, likely about 2 mph. The route is entirely under a forest canopy.
