This is a partial loop hike that will begin on a forest service road, and the loop part will be on Holder Knob trail through forest. This trail is shared with horse riders, so prepare for that before the hike. If horses aren't your thing, please refrain from signing up as we will most likely encounter some.

Most of the elevation will be on the forest service road, but is gradual.
