August Hikes: 4 miles to 7 miles, 600 to 2,000 feet gain - Boulder River

This hike counts toward your monthly required GoHike course hike for August.

Meet at 8:00 AM in the trailhead parking lot and be ready to hike at  8:15am.

Our goal is to hike out  3 miles to a forested overlook of white water  just off the main trail, and stop to enjoy the falls on the way back out.   

The trail starts out on an old logging road that progresses to a single track trail with areas of tree roots, rocks, and muddy areas.  There are a few downed logs that will require some agility / range of motion to pass [under / over].
