Required Equipment

Required Equipment

Please bring a workout mat, rolling stick and a foam roller.  Handouts will be emailed to you prior to the class.  Print and bring them with you.

If you do not have a rolling stick or foam roller, that is okay.  If you have a friend that has a stick or foam roller ask them if you can borrow one or both for the class, as it is nice to have your own to use.  If you have more than one foam roller or stick and are willing to bring them to share, that would be greatly appreciated.
