This seminar will begin promptly at 6:30PM and will end at 9PM. The session will be held on zoom. The zoom login instructions will be sent to you by email within the last two days before the session.
This one-night clinic was created for those who want a good basic understanding of what should go in a first-aid kit and how to use it in common trail situations. We will provide some basic skills and information to handle the most common first-aid situations encountered on trails: blisters, sprains, hypothermia, wound care, splints and slings as time permits. We will also review Mountaineers club protocols for responding to emergency situations.
