Rain or shine

This is an afternoon conditioning hike to help us prepare for the upcoming backpacking season.  We'll hike up to the end of the trail (no scrambling at the summit), have a short snack break, and then head back down.

Since this is an afternoon hike, we need to be time efficient.  Participants must be able to comfortably do Mount Si round trip in 4 to 4.5 hours.

There is still snow at the summit, so microspikes are required.

A decent portion of the trip (at the very least the descent) will be after sunset, so headlamps are required.

Discover Pass required for parking.
