Ready to take your backpacking adventures up a notch and go the distance? Join former 2018 and 2019 PCT thru-hiker and avid PNW hiker/backpacker, Kathleen Neves for an evening of learning the ins and outs of long-distance backpacking.

The class will be held on zoom and will begin promptly at 7PM, ending at approx 8:30PM.  The link to join the zoom meeting will be sent to those who are registered for the seminar, in the day or two before the session.

Whether you’re going out for the week, a month or several months, this clinic will cover everything you need to know for planning and preparing for a long-distance backpacking adventure, with particular emphasis on the PCT. Learn about trip planning, clothing and gear you’ll need, resupply strategies, on trail strategies, getting into trail shape, how to prepare yourself mentally for your trip and “know before you go” tips and tricks before getting out on trail.
