This session focuses on building your base milage. We will meet at a location suitable for practicing trail running. Here we will introduce the concept of hill repeats as a part of your training for building speed and endurance. Don't be intimidated - this is for all paces!

Required Equipment
Please wear layers of breathable, technical clothing suitable for outdoor aerobic activities.
