Meet at 6:45pm at the main parking area, ready to go by 7:00pm. A Northwest Forest Pass or national parks pass is required to park here.
There is an outhouse at this trailhead.
Directions from the WTA:
From Seattle, drive east on I-90 to exit 47 (Asahel Curtis/Denny Creek). Turn right from the off-ramp and continue 0.25 mile, then turn left on Forest Road 5590. You'll find the parking area to your right in 0.3 mile. Toilets are located on the north side of the parking area.
This is one of the course field trips rated as moderate to challenging.
