Conduct monthly Scrambling Committee meeting.  Attend Executive Committee meeting, if one is held.  Send updated roster to Course Moderator, Records Coordinator and Enrollment / Attendance Coordinator every week if there are new participants.  Respond promptly to inquiries about course, referring them to appropriate coordinator during same correspondence using BCC feature.

Enrollment Coordinator

Track class & fieldtrip attendance.

Equipment Coordinator

Make sure equipment is available for Navigation Coordinators.

Field Trip Coordinator

Compile responses from volunteer instructor; Prepare information packets for Field Trip Leaders.  Attend Committee meeting to provide update on Field Trip arrangements.

Leadership Coordinator

Conduct Field Trip Instructor Orientation.  Communicate with  scramble leaders soliciting scrambles for the upcoming season.

Lecture Coordinator

Reminder calls, confirm lectures participation each week.

Lecture Moderator

Tie course together at each class room session, coordinating with lecture coordinator.   Introduce Student Experience Questionnaire,  conduct ice breaker activity in class as appropriate.

Navigation Coordinator

Conduct navigation courses.

Records Coordinator

Organize monthly meeting:  agenda, minutes.

Snowshoe Coordinator

Coordinate and solicit snowshoe trips with snowshoe leaders.

Test Coordinator

Handout quizzes at each lecture and review previous lectures answers.


Handle reimbursements and forward to Branch Treasurer when received. Draft budget for the next fiscal year.


Assistant students with completing WFA/AFA requirement.
