Meet at Cornet Bay Boat Ramp on Whidbey Island. 

Meet at Cornet Bay Boat Launch area at 8:30 AM on 5/6

-Launch at 9:30

Opportunity to complete a student paddle on a trip that is only open to students and instructors of the 2017 Everett Basic Sea Kayak Course.  Other 2017 Sea Kayak students from other chapters welcome providing there is space available. Contact Bill Coady (206-818-7845) coadybill@gmail.com before registering if you are from another chapter and would like to join the paddle.

 

Paddle Flood east towards Skagit.  Probably stop there for a short break

-Paddle clockwise around Skagit and across to east end of Hope and circle clockwise around to the beach on the south side of Hope. 
-Lunch on Hope.
-Wait for slack and begin paddle back on the building ebb across to Ben Ure Spit on Whidbey and follow shoreline back to Cornet launch site.
-Off water about 3PM or so.
