Lord Hill Regional Park is a regional country park located in Snohomish County. Meet at the barn to the right of the information kiosk.

Crew leader trainees will learn , terminology, methodology and fundamentals of trail functionality. learn how to motivate individuals.

Understand practical trail construction and maintenance techniques.

Knowing how trails are planned for sustainability the objectives trail a understanding the impacts of a trail . 

Learn to teach a crew to identify existing problems and brainstorm solutions as a team. 

Learn trail terminology as it will assist leaders and understanding trail issues and increasing confidence in communicating trail concepts.

Participants should prepare for unpredictable weather, long sleeve shirts and pants required, work gloves, closed-toes shoes (boots preferable) lunch, snacks and water.
