6:00 PM at Taylor's Landing - SCVSAR HQ, Snohomish WA
Practical review session for Wilderness First Aid or Alpine First Aid. Responders will run through several accident simulations requiring the application of their first aid skills, as well as group dynamics and resource management. Responders should dress for outdoor weather conditions and bring the pack/gear they typically carry during their wilderness activities. The session begins at 6pm and concludes at 9:30pm. The session will be held at Taylor's Landing, the Snohomish County Search and Rescue facility. Participants must complete a WFA certification before taking this session.
