Seattle Program center at 7:00am SHARP! Arrive 5-10 minutes early. We have the room for a limited time and must cover lots of material.
The following topics will be covered.
- Lead climbing; clipping techniques and what to avoid.
- Lead belaying; types of devices, soft catch, slack management.
- Sport Anchors; SRENE, pre vs. self equalization, quad.
- Lowering, cleaning & rappelling.

- 4 locking carabiners
- A couple-few non-locking biners
- Cordellete (if this is new to you, just bring about 20ft of nylon 7mm cord)
You do not need to bring your own quick-draws for this session.
